a wellness advocate with extensive leadership experience in managing Forbes Travel Guide five-star rated spas within the luxury hospitality sector. In my spa consulting practice, I have successfully developed and implemented creative operational solutions for new and existing spa projects, optimizing processes and integrating wellness concepts into diverse environments.

Separately, as a wellness and transformational coach, I have empowered my clients and teams to achieve their wellness goals through genuine, personalized coaching. My approach emphasizes sustainable, long-lasting healthy habits, supporting both personal growth and organizational well-being.
