The reason why I love this quote about wellness is because it uses very precise, powerful and meaningful key words.
Active process of becoming aware of – Being present. Being present teaches you to acknowledge your emotions without being overwhelmed by them, fostering resilience and a greater sense of inner strength.
Making choices – We are in control of our own choices, incredible power within ourselves! our own beliefs become our limitations.
Healthy life – Health is a choice and a habit we create for ourselves. What and how we eat, how much we move, which attitude we decide to adopt and how well do we sleep.
Fulfilling life – Feeling the best version of yourself, filled with purpose and satisfaction, involving vision, goals and requiring intensive alignment and meaningful actions.
Dynamic process of change and growth – We are not a tree, so move! Embrace what you have and use what you learn from your mistakes as opportunities to become even better!
Physical, mental and social wellbeing – Embrace taking care of your body, we only have one so love yourself more! Have a positive mindset, the brain cannot be negative when we project positive thoughts, it can only do one thing at the time. Take care of your social connections, your loved ones your colleagues at work, the community, show gratitude and be kind.
